G10 Vs S5 Which Camera Would Be The Better Choice: Nikon P6000 Vs. Canon G10?

Which camera would be the better choice: Nikon P6000 vs. Canon G10? - g10 vs s5

So far, I'm kind of biased in favor of Canon.
I know that Canon has about 1.2 million pixels than the Nikon, but it's not really something that worries me ... One big difference I noticed was the battery life (the life of the battery Canon was better).
Even if a different question: the Canon G10 will fit easily into a pocket?
