How accurate is a body fat scale, and why is my fat level going so low? - body scale
As a man of 15 years. I have a Tanita Body Fat Scale. I have them in the last month and showed that 16% BF I used 2 weeks ago and said that 14%. Today at 12.7%. I do not diet, I was just lifting weights and my weight has not changed at all. I get more fit, or is it a coincidence? How can I change my information consistent?
