It was bad, because even though I think theres gonna be storm Darent out.its I really ridiculous, but can not avoid. Nothing seems to me the trouble. not spiders, snakes, and nothing else. Someone else has this problem? I have since my childhood and now I'm 44!

Phobias can be difficult to overcome. I used to fear of storms, but when I came to understand more about it, my fear vanished. What storm not to scare them? The fear of injury or death, because it? This is understandable, but recognize that 44 years have passed seemingly without prejudice! Recognizing that the thunder is a sound wave of lightning, dark clouds mean simply that the cloud is very high, the wind is the result of the rain that comes out. Recognizing that caused in most cases, a storm damaged when it is fairly safe. Maintain an awareness of what is behind the storm can be very useful.

I hope this at least helps a little.
