I want a property in Utah and gas company to a 42inch diameter, 2000ft long and 7 meters is trying to block a pipe from the bottom of my property. I offered $ 5000 for this pipeline is not for life. Should I bring more money and a lawyer. It's like you ruin the value of my property. I do not know if I consult a lawyer.
